International Orders Hardware Supply only ships to the 48 lower states. We do not ship internationally or to
HI,AK,PR,VI. If you place an order to be delivered there, it will be cancelled
and refunded. Ordering Information Although we can and will take phone orders, we prefer that you place your order online. This is just a much more efficient way to process your order. Some items are sold in case lots only. The shopping cart will notify you of the appropriate case size you must purchase. On these items we will not break cases. We do not accept P O Boxes as ship-to addresses. You must enter a street address to ship your order to. We ship via FedEx Ground only and they will not deliver to a P O Box. Failure to enter a street address to ship to will result in cancellation of the order. Once your order has successfully been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been confirmed, you must do it before 1PM CST on the day that you ordered it or it cannot be stopped and you will need to return the order (you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways in this event). Please make sure that your order is correct before you confirm it. If you cancel an order due to a mistake that you made you will be responsible for the 3% paypal refund fee. This fee will not be refunded with your original order amount. You cannot append or add to and order that has already been confirmed. You will need to order the additional items in a new order. Also, if you need to change the shipping address, you must do so before 1PM CST on the day that the order was confirmed or it cannot be altered. You will be responsible for any charges incurred correcting the address after the 1PM CST deadline. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for payment. If for some reason your item is out of stock or no longer available, we will refund your payment via the original payment method. We charge your card immediately when your order is entered. This is done for security purposes so that no one will have access to your credit card number. Once again, if for some reason your order cannot be filled, your card will be refunded as soon as possible. If you receive an message/email that your payment was declined, possible issues might be invalid billing address/zip code, invalid expiration date on card, invalid security code (4 digits on front for American Express, 3 digits on back for all other card types). Please check these issues and retry. If you card is still being declined call your card company and see if they might have some type of block on your card. Shipping Information
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1PM CST will be processed that night and usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Thursday-Sunday will not ship until the following Tuesday. We ship via FedEx Ground. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. Since orders will usually be shipping from a Regional Warehouse near you, shipping times are usually very good. FedEx
ground estimated shipping charges are subject to change based on
possible oversize charges. We will contact you if this is an issue. Tracking Information FedEx Ground Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available from the shipping Warehouse. This is usually the 1-2 business days after the order was confirmed. Tracking will also be available on the website if you have set up a customer account with us.
Return Policies
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will replace
your items or refund your money less the original shipping amount upon
the return of your items to our store. A 15% Restocking fee plus
freight charges applies to all merchandise returned that was not damaged or
defective as long as the product is returned within 30 days.
After 30 days items cannot be returned for a refund. Please contact us via email for instructions about returning your items. We will not accept
returns unless you contact us via email and receive a RMA number (return authorization
number). An order that is cancelled after it has been processed is subject to
a 20% restocking fee and freight charges for both delivery and return. This
can become very costly on larger items. All items that are returned to
us should be returned to the following address :

Please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email and the reason
for your return.
IF
YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, please notify us via email and provide a description/images of the damage. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund in the email. Make sure and provide your Invoice#/Order# in the email so we can reference your order.
We reserve the right to refuse
payment from anyone for any reason and to refund your payment and not fill
your order. There are occasional circumstances that occur to prevent orders
from being filled and we will refund your money and cancel your order in the
event that your order cannot be filled properly.
